Terms of Service

1. License Grant

When you purchase Pegkits, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App under the following terms:

• One license = one user, one device at a time
• You may deactivate your license from one device and activate it on another
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App

Your license is perpetual for the version purchased. Future major versions may require a separate purchase.

2. Free Trial

Pegkits offers a free trial limited to:

• 50 clipboard captures
• 50 AI action requests

After reaching these limits, a license purchase is required to continue using the App.

3. Payment

• Pegkits is a one-time purchase processed through Stripe
• All prices are displayed at checkout and may include local taxes via Stripe's Adaptive Pricing
• Payment is charged at the time of purchase

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days by contacting us at natt@letspegkits.com.

After 7 days, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents the App from functioning and we are unable to resolve it, you may still request a refund. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. AI Processing

Pegkits includes AI-powered custom actions. When you use these features:

• The content of your selected clipboard item is sent to our server for processing
• Content is processed in real-time and not stored or logged
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them
• While we currently offer AI actions as part of your license, we reserve the right to introduce usage limits or adjust availability of AI features in the future due to changes in underlying AI service costs or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such changes in advance

6. AI Action Limits

AI actions are designed for short, quick processing tasks. The following limits apply:

• Clipboard content (input): maximum 10,000 characters per request
• Custom action prompt: maximum 2,000 characters

Content exceeding these limits may be rejected or truncated.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Pegkits for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass license validation or usage limits
• Abuse the AI processing service (e.g., automated bulk requests)
• Use the App to process content that violates applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

Pegkits, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Pegkits Team. Your license grants you the right to use the App, not ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Your use of Pegkits is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We recommend reading it to understand how we handle your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pegkits is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of Pegkits.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license key will be deactivated
• You must stop using the App
• Your local clipboard data remains on your device (we have no access to it)

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
