Pegkits (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Pegkits Team, based in Thailand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Pegkits macOS application and related services.
Information We Collect
Account & Purchase Information
When you purchase a license, we collect:
- Email address — provided during checkout via Stripe
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we do not store your card details
- License key — generated and stored on our servers to validate your license
Usage Data
- AI action count — we track the number of AI processing requests per license for usage limits (free trial: 50 requests)
- Device activation — we store a device identifier to enforce one-device-at-a-time licensing
What We Do NOT Collect
- Clipboard content — all clipboard data is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers, except when you explicitly trigger an AI custom action
- Analytics or tracking — we do not use any analytics, telemetry, or tracking tools
- Browsing data — we do not track your activity outside the app
- Cookies — our marketing site does not use cookies for tracking
AI Processing
When you use an AI custom action, the content of the selected clipboard item is sent to our server for processing by an AI model. This content is:
- Processed in real-time to generate a result
- Not stored, not logged, and not used for training
- Discarded immediately after the response is returned
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Activate and validate your license
- Process AI custom actions you initiate
- Send you your license key via email after purchase
- Respond to support requests
Data Storage & Security
- Purchase and license data is stored securely on our servers
- Payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant provider
- All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data we hold
- Delete your account and associated data
- Deactivate your license from a device at any time

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
For Thai Residents (PDPA)
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data.
Children's Privacy
Pegkits is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
